Are there any effective treatments for baldness?

Having started noticing severe hair loss in my late teens I'm very aware of the effects of thinning hair.
With so many products claiming to provide a hair loss remedy on the market today it's hard to make a choice.
My aim on this site is to provide you with hair loss reviews to allow you to make more informed choices on the best hair loss products for your needs. Good luck and if you have any testimonials for any of the products (good or bad) that can help us all in the future feel free to drop a line.
Im not trying to be funny but if nothing is working for you i would suggest a good wig. Not the cheap kind there are some good ones.
If you are completely bald and you have been completely bald for many years, it’s unlikely that any current treatment will help.
However, if you have some hair left, you can try:
dht-blockers (either orally or as lotions to be applied to your scalp, or both, such as Propecia if orally, or spiro, progesterone, and ciproc. acetate on your scalp)
hair follicles stimulators (such as Rogaine 5%)
shampoos which are also DHT-blockers.
it is still the best approach to date.
All the above should not be ‘natural’ products, since they are not as potent as the ‘chemical’ compounds, definitely not with regards to hair loss products.
