Having started noticing severe hair loss in my late teens I'm very aware of the effects of thinning hair.
With so many products claiming to provide a hair loss remedy on the market today it's hard to make a choice.
My aim on this site is to provide you with hair loss reviews to allow you to make more informed choices on the best hair loss products for your needs. Good luck and if you have any testimonials for any of the products (good or bad) that can help us all in the future feel free to drop a line.
I have hypothyroidism – diagnosed 16 years. I have been on Evening Primrose Oil for 4-5 years as it helps with a progressive neurological condition I have. Once I started on thyroxine my hair became less sparse within a few years.
However the Evening Primrose Oil has made no change to the thickness of my hair; but it has helped to make it more shiny and less dry.
Hello. I have lost almost all of my hair from having hypothyroidism. I have tried every vitamin, eating more protein, taking natural thyroid medication, instead of synthetic, and nothing has ever helped it. I lose handfuls of hair every day, and none of it has ever grown back. When i was first diagnosed, all the doctors i seen assured me i wouldn’t lose all my hair, and that it would grow back. They were very wrong, and I don’t trust doctors anymore at all. Losing my hair had devastated me to the point of not wanting to live anymore. Hy heart goes out to anybody that has to go through losing their hair. It’s worth it to at least try anything you can to stop it. Good Luck.
