If your use to straightning it or curling it everyday, then try avoiding it for a few days see if you get any improvement, If you cant live without your straightner try putting on a light dossage of hair spray on your hair before doing anything to it (make sure its not clumpy hair spray) it will pertect your hair from getting fried. & also you can sleep with conditioner in your hair and wash it out in the morning, it should make it smoother and less frizzy.
