The cause of hair loss isn’t always easy to pin down, often it’s a combination of things that is causing it. The way you prevent it will depend on what the cause/causes may be, so understanding why it’s happening to you may be the best place to start.
One thing is for sure it’s best not to wait to do something about it. The earlier you identify the cause of the problem and address it the better your chances of curing it.
In the source box I added a couple of links on hair loss, one has the various causes and solutions and the other lists vitamins you should add to your diet to better aid in hair growth.
It’s can be hard to prevent a lot of hair loss after pregnancy because it is likely being caused by your estrogen levels returning to normal after birth; during pregnancy itself, a woman’s body will produce heightened estrogen levels in order to aid the overall process.
However, after birth, the body will slowly start cycling down this heightened production and return to normal levels; these wide swings in hormone levels will often induce hair loss as a by product. Once your body’s production returns to normal, the regular hair growth cycle will return.
It can often take 6-12 months for full recovery, in between though, you can consult your doctor, be sure to take your vitamins, eat plenty of protein, and try other remedies like applying natural oils to your scalp (like rosemary or basil) in addition to your shampoo and conditioner.
you need to keep doing exercise and eat supplement and vitamin to make your hair strong. In addition you have to take care of your hair by going to the salon and clean it with good shampoo regularly
