Help! I’m only 30 and nn my hair? D? Laugh. My m? Re made the m? Me something, if some of them is h? R? The limited partnership, but it k? Nnte do, something was missing? my Ern? Channel? Are there certain foods or vitamins I take to help k? Nnte? I’m under a lot of stress (my heart broken? By a man and I have to live? C t? Him and? The m? Me? Church as him)
Well lets hope so… But I don’t know if there is. I think it really is hereditary. My mom’s hair is sooooo thin… it’s sad cause she was such a pretty lady and my dad’s is pretty thick. I have two sisters and my older sister and I (she’s 27, i’m 25) have definitely noticed thinner hair while my lil sis (19) still is blessed with really thick stuff… let me know if you get good answers cause as of right now my hair is just really fine all over ya know? Good luck!
It is heridtary, but that is not the only cause. Best to see your primary care doctor and have yourself checked out.
vitamin A and E are good for hair skin and nails, but im only tweny and my hair is thinning so i guess its something thats inevitable
Stress can make your hair fall out! Certain medications can too. Yes taking a vitamin will help!
Change your eating habbits to all 4 food groups a day because it could have something to do with your diet as well. Hair loss can also be due to stress, so try and relax. You could also try a hair thickening shampoo and conditioner, as well as hair thickening sereum, after you apply it to slightly damp hair, then blowdry it…you will see immediate results.
you need to talk to a doctor. My family doctor didn’t take it seriously. So i talked to my dermatologist. He recommended a vitamin called Biotin Forte , you need a prescription but insurance won’t pay for it. Cost is under 15.00 . It doesn’t make the hair grow back, but it helps it from breaking off (losing it).
