I never received my order but it has marked as it has been delivered.
I left a comment for my order and then my shipping details are changed and the shipment date set back to a date which is even earlier. How is it possible for them to play around and make up random delivery dates for a product that has never been shipped?
After I submitted a delivery inquiry to the seller company, Omorfia shop, they said it is not their fault,it is the post office’s fault. The customer services emailed saying they will contact the post office and keep me updated. This did not happen too. I paid for a product which has never been delivered. I am not going to shop from them or from amazon again.

I have never written a review on a product before. But I thought that it might be helpful to somebody else. The product came exactly as advertised, and on time. I do advise everybody to use it daily. It’s the only shampoo that stops my hair from falling out. . .

I highly recommend this shampoo to anyone who has fears of hair loss.

I am so excited about this product!! My hair looks wonderful! I have been using the shampoo for a little over two weeks. I read the first review and decided I should try it. I am so happy I did! I ordered the entire kit. However, I have only used the serum in my hair one time. I like the shampoo so very much and, I haven’t had a bad hair day since using this product. My hair has stopped falling out. I do lose a tiny amount in my hair brush, some loss is normal. Fallout should equal hair growth. I can’t say I am growing new hair. I can say that the shampoo has dramatically changed the quality/appearance of my hair. My husband is very impressed. He told me today to buy a case. If you are struggling with fine thin hair, this is the product for you!!! I don’t even use conditioner or mouse. I wash and blow dry. I feel this product is an answer to prayer. Thank you VICHY!!!!! I do use the shampoo daily. I let it sit in my hair for at least 4 minutes; sometimes longer if I am relaxing in the tub. I haven’t noticed any side effects from this product. I am a person who is sensitive to everything! Try this shampoo!!!! Then please write a review too! I want everyone to know there is hope!!

I have never written a reveiw on a product before now. But I felt an obligation to all who may be searching for a solution for their hair loss. As a woman in her mid 40′s I was seeing my hair thinning, and more and more hair loss with each washing. I was getting really concerned and went to a dermatologist who told me not to worry because it is all part of aging. But I wasn’t going to rest that easy! After much research, I came across this wonderful product. I only use the shampoo, because it seemed to do the trick all by itself, but I imagine the other products work very well too. I have used Dercos shampoo faithfully now for 2+ years – and it has completely stopped my hair from falling out, and restored a luster I haven’t had in years. I highly recommend this to anyone who has fears of hair loss. Thank you Vichy, for providing this product. And hopefully, one day it will be on the shelves in the U. S. !

I have to admit I am quite impressed with Shielo’s Volume shampoo, as it was recommended by a co-worker in my office.

As a 23yr old with hairloss it can be really difficult to cope with, that’s the only reason I’m writing this because I understand anyone in my same position is out there looking for any help possible. So here ya go,

My honest opinion is that the Shielo Volume Shampoo does work and does help with reducing hair fall and combating thinning hairs. It wont stop hair loss but it will help to thicken hairs and speed up your hair growth cycle. I started using the stuff over a year and a half ago – they only accept paypal online and I liked it and continued to use it for a year.
I then stopped because I wanted to try other products..it seemed I was maintaining what I had and wanted to see if I could stop hair loss altogether. It was probably the biggest mistake I could have made. After about 3 months I lost tons of frontal hair and all the returning hair was much thinner and brittle. After realizing it was stopping the use of Shielo Volume that made everything go south, I ordered online immediately and started using it again. I’ve been using it for just over 2 months and I have to say my hair is slowly improving again, all that thinned out hair is slowly returning back to health. I’ll probably use this product for the rest of my life, I’ve come to accept that and am happy to know there is something out there that is actually working for me.
