Recently I did some research for one of my sites when I walked in the articles and announce that vitamin A deficiency and hair loss was a myth. Not having them before I am inclined to read the article, which basically argued that other important factors, the promoters of the VAD were simply there to listen. While I understand their school, or thought, it is simply not true, and that’s the reason. What you see when you look in the mirror and check your hair just the hair shaft or what is the byproduct of a series of events taking place below the surface of the scalp skin. The root, which is located in the dermis, is nourished by the blood to produce new hairs. The hair shaft itself is a combination of keratin proteins and dead hair cells, which grow at a rate of about 6 cm per year. Now we can return to our subject is the vitamin A deficiency and hair loss. Some believe that the most important vitamins to promote healthy hair growth biotin (vitamin H) and B complex. Biotin is found in various foods such as liver, salmon, bananas and carrots, and supports the action of different enzymes in cells. Another important function of biotin compared to healthy hair is that it allows the formation of proteins from amino acids. Remove biotin and food are all suddenly vital proteins needed for hair growth, reduces hair growth and also the enzymes in the scalp may not work correctly. Vitamin B complex (some biotin) helps the body, carbohydrates, fat and protein metabolism and structure of red blood cells and are important for nerve and muscle function. A combination of folic acid (B9), B6 and B12 have been shown to reduce the values of a particular type of amino acid called homocysteine, which leads to an increased risk of cardiovascular disease high. It is easy to see how a tornado can occur to reduce the levels of protein in hair growth necessary to act so that the circulation of scalp and reduce the ability of enzymes to the scalp. I dare say that in these circumstances, not just the hair fall out, but quickly. The good news about vitamin deficiency and hair loss is that while this is not an underlying disease that is damaging the hair follicles on your hair naturally once the imbalance is corrected. What’s Next? If you do not eat well and see a shower full of hair lost each day, you just start a better diet and malnutrition consider a daily multivitamin supplement does not correct. On vitamin deficiencies, if you think the only reason you should take steps to determine the cause or causes. The most common cause of hair loss in men and women is androgenetic alopecia. This prompted a requirement for androgenic hormone with a genetic background that does not reverse itself without treatment. The good news is that there are a number of products in hair growth that are specifically designed to treat this condition. If caught early can be slowed or reversed, and keep you on your hair for many years.
