Yeah I know how u feel my hair sheds alot too!!! but i haven’t been to a doctors office yet.. if u take the stuff or whatever ur doing take it all the time it will go away fast….good luck gurl

hey dont worry im 18 male and even im losing hair since my dad has gone bald almost completely it may be that i have inherited this feature from him. as far as i knw the chances are very less to get ur hair back but improving ur diet , exercising and consulting a doctor would be a good idea.

I’m not sure if there is anything you can do medically, besides eating a balanced diet and getting your vitamins. Talk to your doc.

But, in the mean time take it easy on your hair. Only wash every other day. Keep it well conditioned to preventing breakage. Brush and blow dry minimally and consider cutting it short.

One more thing. I’ve always had a problem with my hair falling out because its natually curly, but when I started taking prenatal vitamins it stopped falling out and got really thick and shiny. You might want to give it a try. You can get them over the counter or by prescription from your ob/gyn.
