Have your self checked from another doctor, all doctors r not the same.
Well it sounds to me like you may have many unrelated problems. SVT and arrhythmia is heart, right? Hair loss can be from a multitude of things…google hair loss. And Swelling could be an allergy if you have taken any new meds. If you live in a smaller town that the doctors seem to have no answers…travel to a near by town that is more metropolitan and perhaps the doctors will be better informed. All these things sound serious and frustrating. Good luck. One more thing. Don’t add any “recreational” drugs to the mix. Hope this has helped.
You need a CAT scan of your brain. Or better yet, an MRI, to rule out any brain related disorder or malfunction.
I find it hard to believe your thyroid is normal. But they say you have Epstien Barr.. hmmm, lots of people have it, my nephew does, and he is in his 30′s, and a-ok.
You could have some Thyroiditis, and inflamation of the Thyroid. I think I might have it, too. That’s how I know about it. But your symptoms are are very severe and frankly worry me.
Get the brain scan done. And rule out things like MS.
Don’t give up. Instead of wasting time and money seeing 50 different doctors, I highly recommend you see a psychiatrist. (Not because you’re crazy! That’s just an old stigma.) They are the smartest doctors. They go to school an extra 4 years, and they know how to put all the pieces of the puzzle together.
I know what I’m talking about, so please don’t blow me off!
Bless you and good luck soon.
I cannot pinpoint why exactly, but I have a feeling that all of this is thyroid related. There is an autoimmune disease called Hashimotos which stems from the thyroid. Thryroiditis is part of it and a thyroid problem can cause heart arrhythmias, weight gain and loss, constipation and no or irregular periods. Hasimotos usually causes hypothyroidism (slow thryroid.) The concensus now is to give thyroid hormone replacement even before the tests show that one has hypothyroidism. This helps alleviate the symptoms and give some relief. I have had both hyper- and hypo-active thyroid disease and they literally affect every part of your body. Find a good endocrinologist that has an open and caring attitude and who will run his/her own tests–like a thyroid scan. Best of luck. I know how frustrating and frightening this can all be. Hope you feel better soon.
